Return & Refund Policy

You can ask for a replacement within 7 days if the product has a manufacturing problem.

The product must be in its original box with all accessories and the invoice. Physical damage, water damage or broken seals are not covered.

Refunds are sent by bKash/Nagad or bank within 3–7 working days after we receive and check the product.
